The camp/cottage/community idea reflects the traditions of the gulf coast, and describes the transition of fishing villages and vacation areas into year-round communities. Initial permanent structures may be modest and efficient, converting through additions to become enduring homes with space for children, families, and changing interests.

Due to the unparalleled need for housing along the coastal areas destroyed by Hurricane Katrina, we are in the process of creating a series of stock plans for residences. These will be available at a reduced fee for citizens of south Mississippi.
